Kiwanians Usher In Fall with Richmond Marathon
The more things change, the more they stay the same. Richmond Kiwanians returned to a perennial service project, managing the first water stop on Broad Street for the Richmond Marathon. 23 Kiwanians were joined by eight Benedictine Key Club Cadets and their adviser and several other friends to prep and hand out waters to the runners on a brisk, beautiful Saturday morning of November 13. Special thanks to this project’s captain, John Busch! We could not do this without you!
The volunteers were: Jon Arnold, Mark Atchison, Chris Beach, John Busch (water stop captain), Dennis Bussey, Barbara Dickinson, Jim Donahue, Blake Eudailey, Harry Harris, Ted Hoagland, Guy Horsley, Jim Irby, Clay Macaulay, Mary Murphy, Bob Opdycke, Bob Priddy, Debbie Powers, Dick Rheutan, Bob Rogers, Errol Rohr, Cathy Saunders, Tom Scott, and Tim Sexton. Thanks, folks!
