Jake received his B.S. in Economics from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University.  With 10 years of economic & community development experience at the local government level and prior work in construction,

Jake guides the business and development community through permitting processes to ensure project completion in adequate timeframes.  He has worked with many companies opening or expanding in Chesterfield both small and large.
