On August 23, Blake Eudailey has invited Mark Slusher of Thalhimer Realty to speak about the progress on the Regency Square redevelopment project underway.

Over the past 31 years, Mr. Slusher has developed or directed over $300 million in real estate projects and transactions, including both land planning and design, vertical development, land entitlements, strategic planning, portfolio management, and resolving environmental issues. Projects include mixed-use land developments, general office, medical office, industrial, residential, and shopping centers. Mr. Slusher was part of the management team that created a $1 billion REIT in 1997 from the corporate real estate assets of the RF&P Railroad Co. Mr. Slusher was part of the management team that started TRP in 1999.
