Please join us on October 5 to welcome Laura Lafayette to speak about the Partnership for Housing Affordability's role in developing policies and programs in the region, including the availability of affordable housing. Laura is CEO of the Partnership for Housing Affordability, a nonprofit of the Richmond Association of Realtors and Central Virginia Multiple Listing Service of which she is also CEO. She also serves as a gubernatorial appointee to the Virginia Housing Commission and is founding Chair of the board of the Maggie L Walker Community Land Trust. The Partnership assists communities in the Richmond region to develop affordable housing opportunities. It is supported by the local governments and many major companies and foundations in the region. It has developed a wide range of effective means of meeting the housing needs in the region.
