Kelley McCall serves as a Regional Manager on the Community and Economic Development team at Meta (formerly Facebook). Meta gives people the power to build community and bring the world closer together. Their data centers – including the one that opened in Henrico in 2020 – bring Meta’s mission to life by enabling billions of people around the world to connect every day. In this role, she partners with Meta’s site selection, operations, communications, and public policy teams to advance community development initiatives and maintain important stakeholder relationships in their eastern region data center communities.
Prior to joining Meta, Kelley served as Senior Vice President of Leadership, Community and Resource Development at ChamberRVA. She managed a team responsible for investor relations, talent development and placemaking efforts t further elevate RVA’s growing national reputation among young adults. Before that, Kelley worked in outreach at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. She oversaw programming designed to enhance public understanding of the Fed and helped create the Fed’s corporate social responsibility strategy, serving as the leader of its Civic Engagement Office.
Kelley earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from Virginia Tech, and her executive MBA from the University of Richmond. She is a member of several nonprofit boards including Communities in Schools of Richmond, ChamberRVA and the Greater Richmond Technology Council. She also serves on the Community Impact Committee for United Way of Greater Richmond. Kelley resides with her husband and two children in Henrico County, Virginia.
