Amy Strite, President and CEO of The Span Center, has 25 years of nonprofit leadership experience in change management, resource development, clinical services and education, early childhood and family development, and building effective systems of service. Specifically, Strite possesses a strong commitment to organizational culture, team development and social justice that facilitates systemic change.
The Span Center proudly serves as the Capital Area Agency on Aging for Central Virginia. They help older adults and individuals with disabilities maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life wherever possible, while also providing essential support to caregivers.
