Dale Fickett, Visiting Professor of Entrepreneurship at the University of Richmond, is a man on a mission. Through his vision and superb networking skills, he is creating an eco-system in Metro Richmond that fosters success for this area’s disadvantaged entrepreneurs and business owners. Mr. Fickett is President and Investment Advisor of RVA Works, CEO and Co-Founder of Open Trellises, and member and author of the Forbes Business Council.

Open Trellises is an initiative of RVA Works Enterprise Support, a public charity that provides community content and capital to support social impact startups and entrepreneurs in Virginia. Its objective is to change the economy and cultivate social impact through inclusion and innovation.
